About the team
Our team supports category growth in Indonesia by identifying local consumer trends, high-potential products, and e-commerce opportunities. You will gain hands-on experience in social trend research, product discovery, and e-commerce analysis, translating local market insights into actionable recommendations.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Research top-selling and trending products on TikTok Shop, including pricing, product features, and content strategies.
- Fluently to speak local language and well know about cultural knowledge to understand consumer preferences and shopping behavior.
- Analyse consumer data in different angles and prepare concise weekly trend reports and product shortlists for categories.
- Support ad hoc research on local brands, creators, and product opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Be sensitive to e-commerce platform, understand the user purchase process on different E-commerce platform in Indonesia and identify emerging trends.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with a strong understanding of Indonesian culture and consumer behavior.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to summarize findings clearly.
- Basic proficiency in Excel

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience in e-commerce, social media research, or content creation.
- Ability to distinguish short-lived viral content from meaningful product opportunities.
