Business Operations Manager, SMB Americas
Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Operations Manager to partner with the Head of SMB of Americas (North America and LATAM). As the PMO, you are focused on establishing and maintaining high standards of project management, processes, and best practices to ensure the successful execution of key strategic initiatives for SMB Americas. You'll closely partner with Sales Leaders, Strategy, Product, and Marketing teams to address core business opportunities and challenges. We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With a strong desire to learn and innovate, you will be adept at solving complex problems and delivering solutions that benefit SMB teams across the Americas region. In this role, you will define project goals and scopes, ensure effective communication across various functions and regions, and continuously enhance business solutions for global clients.
Responsibilities:
Building collaboration across SMB Americas:
- Creates and maintains forums for key reporting and engagement, including managing documentation, schedules, coordinating meetings. This extends to assisting with budgeting and financial tracking, with a goal to optimize team/management alignment.
- Facilitates clear communication channels between stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, expectations, and activities throughout a project lifecycle. This includes regular status updates, progress reports, and meetings with key stakeholders.

- Develops and leads initiatives to foster collaboration and engagement across a multi-city sales team, with the goal of creating opportunities for recognition and cross-team interaction, all in alignment with the broader SMB Americas mission and vision.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders; facilitate effective decision-making by presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.
Business strategies impacting growth priorities:
- Build and demonstrate a proficient understanding of the SMB Americas Sales business and larger SMB ecosystem to influence key priorities and workstreams.
- Owns or represents Americas-specific business opportunities or gaps that require continuous project monitoring, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery within defined constraints.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency, transparency, and adherence to standards across the organization
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant project or program management, operations or a related field
- Experience in designing and facilitating complex, multi-faceted projects spanning across different teams, across countries, preferably in a global or multinational environment
- Strong understanding of project portfolio management, resource allocation, risk management, and project prioritization in alignment with organizational strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across different cultures and regions
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Global travel required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit that can develop and lead a new initiative from the ground up; thrive in ambiguity
- Digital ad sales experience is a great asset
- Data analytical skills
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 - $180445 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
