The Monetization Product Partnerships team at TikTok is dedicated to unlocking unprecedented growth via partnerships.
We are looking for a Business Operations Lead to join our Monetization Product Partnerships team.
This is a high-visibility role requiring exceptional leadership, organisational prowess, and a deep understanding of project management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in shaping business priorities, building scalable analytical frameworks, and driving cross-functional impact. You will also be responsible for coaching talent, stakeholder management, and continuously improving analytics capabilities in a fast-moving, data-centric environment.
Monetization Product partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and merchants across the globe. As a Business Operations Lead, you will be working closely with the Monetization Product Partnerships leadership to establish strategy and processes to maiximize the value we can create for our merchants, users, and creators. TikTok's product partners span a large and diverse ecosystem of actors, all playing an essential role in bringing product innovation and services to make merchants successful on the platform. The team's culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what's next. In this role, you will be exposed to various verticals ranging from retail to media, and will play a critical role in driving alignment across product and business teams to maximize synergies and business outcomes for the ecosystem. In this role, you will:
- Define our program management strategy, standardizing processes, and ensuring the flawless execution of critical initiatives, particularly those related to scalability, efficiency, and innovation
- Manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs, provide insightful oversight, and serve as a key strategic partner to the leadership team
- Research industries, verticals, markets to establish the most adequate strategy in partnership with the team's leadership and the business development team.
- Lead and develop the Product Partnerships Strategy & Ops team, setting goals, defining team structure, and managing career development
- Design and maintain scalable business performance monitoring systems aligned with company OKRs
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive strategic initiatives and optimize resource allocation
- Provide support to the Business Development arm of the team to optimize new deals potential and ecosystem strategy.
- Partner with the monetization strategy team on key research initiatives to adapt our strategy to market
- Manage core operations for business development efforts the Ecosystem Partnerships business Development team, including annual planning, OKRs, ongoing reporting and contract work, proactively resolving business issues.
- Support the deployment and growth of our activation efforts of our partner solutions to drive maximum impact on our business
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Several years of data analysis, business operations, strategy, consulting, or related analytical experience. High growth tech start-up experience preferred.
- Extensive experience in program/project management, including proven experience establishing, scaling, and managing operations in addition to resource and budget planning
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse teams with potentially conflicting priorities
- E-commerce and/or advertising experience is a plus
- Exceptional data analytics skills.
- Skilled project manager with exceptional organization. High EQ team-player with the ability to manage expectations across time-zones and cultures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Personable, collaborative and capable of building relationships cross-functionally

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $153000 - $277200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
