The TikTok Shop US Operations team is committed to delivering high-quality products together with a unique customer experience through TikTok. As part of the Luxury Resale category, you will support the growth of an exciting and fast-evolving business, helping merchants succeed through category strategy, livestream strategy, merchant operations, and data-driven execution.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:
- Support the TTS US team on L2L e-commerce operations within the Fashion industry.
- Assist with industry tracking, merchant partnership support, project coordination, data analysis, and weekly/monthly reporting.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Fashion Merchandising, or related fields.
- Proven skills in in Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL and Tableau
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven skills of learning ability, execution ability and stress resistance, as well as strong communication and coordination, resource integration ability and project management ability.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and experience in business analysis or operational reporting is preferred.
