Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- 5+ years of experience in content acquisition or business development within industry-leading streaming platforms; deep familiarity with AVOD/SVOD/TVOD models
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities: ability to build forecasts, benchmarks, ROI models and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders
- Deep fluency in content performance metrics and the ability to connect supply strategy to platform growth outcomes
- Operational excellence: experience building scalable acquisition pipelines and managing execution cross-functionally
- Product fluency: ability to translate deal negotiations and projects into platform metrics
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and drive crisp execution under deadlines

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Track record of sourcing and closing micro-series deals

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $258400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
