Global Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including TikTok For Business, that naturally connects companies and brands with audiences looking for new interests and curiosities to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Business Operations Support: collect, organize, and prepare data for weekly/monthly team reports and performance tracking.
- Assist with maintaining and updating team dashboards and tracking documents.
- Support CPG verticals with ad-hoc analysis and data compilation as required from CPG verticals' team leads.
- Draft and prepare internal communications, presentation materials, and documentation.
- Assist with market research and analysis for CPG industry trends in Vietnam.
- Support the Head of CPG with admin tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proficiency in the following languages: English and Vietnamese. Fluency in written and spoken Vietnamese is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Vietnamese-speaking markets.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- An internship of six months with four working days per week is required.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Previous internship experience in administrative support, business operations, or marketing roles.
- Familiarity with the CPG/FMCG industry in Vietnam.
- Basic data analysis skills and experience with Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Experience with presentation design and report preparation.
- Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and take initiative.
