Responsibilities

The TikTok commerce team builds the solutions that help businesses engage audiences, inspire product discovery, and create commercial experiences on a platform where brands and merchants connect meaningfully with creators and communities.

We work closely with merchants, creators, and partners to support sustainable business growth while keeping the experience safe and trusted for the community. As the business scales across global markets, we take on complex challenges across content, commerce, trust, and the differing needs of each local market.

You will help shape the future of AI-native commerce, where discovery, entertainment, and buying happen in the same place.

- Conduct user research, business analysis, and data processing to support TikTok's international e-Commerce business and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive key strategic initiatives, ensure effective strategy implementation, and enhance user experience.
- Analyze business cases and data to identify key issues, uncover root causes, and generate actionable insights to drive user experience and business performance improvements.
- Conduct industry and market research to identify emerging trends, develop market insights, and support strategic planning and business decision-making.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong business acumen and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience working in or with e-Commerce or tech platforms.
