About the Team
The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of operational metrics and vendor performance to identify bottlenecks, uncover improvement opportunities, and produce structured reports systematically with actionable insights that inform both strategic and tactical decisions.
- Translate findings into targeted process and vendor management optimizations that drive measurable business outcomes and support data-driven leadership decisions; drive necessary initiatives/projects to achieve said outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and dashboards supporting diverse business and vendor management use cases.
- Drive the definition and maintenance of a clear governance framework for key metrics, including vendor KPIs, ownership, definitions, usage, and change management processes; lead and support initiatives to unify and standardize metrics, reporting practices.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across operational, vendor, and performance metrics, by implementing data validation checks and governance mechanisms to maintain high data quality and trustworthy insights.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with Lines of Business partners and vendors, employing a strategic approach to facilitate the effective integration of LoB and vendor requirements into proposed solutions, thereby ensuring that operational strategies are closely aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, statistics, vendor management, or a related field, including analyzing human-centric vendors such as live-streaming agencies, delivery personnel, or similar workforce-oriented partners.
- Proficient in SQL (data extraction/manipulation), Python, BI/visualization tools, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting, with demonstrated ability to analyze vendor performance and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Strong track record in leadership reporting, showing ability to communicate complex analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating insights into practical recommendations that improve vendor performance and operational outcomes.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets, including vendor KPIs, operational metrics, and compliance data, to inform strategic decisions while operating effectively in complex, fast-changing environments.
- Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills, with proven experience managing vendor relationships, monitoring vendor performance, and leading complex, strategic projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and detail-oriented; ensure data accuracy and quality, including vendor-related and workforce performance data, providing actionable insights to optimize operations and costs.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Understanding of operational workflows, vendor management, and business processes in the Operations/Trust & Safety/Content Safety domain.
- Experience in vendor performance tracking, SLAs, and vendor-related process optimization.
