Business Analyst Project Intern - Monetization Strategy & Operations - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

The Platform Governance and Operations team is responsible for driving product adoption, governance, user satisfaction and loyalty of our internal CRM platform. We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support data-driven decision-making across key initiatives. You will help translate business needs into clear requirements, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to process improvements and operational execution. This is a 6 month internship and will be part-time during the school year and full-time through summer.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Build internal dashboards, support KPI tracking, cohort analysis
- Support workforce management through data driven insights
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, notes, and process mapping
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Ops, Product, Sales, Finance) to support ongoing initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations in concise summaries

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel/Google Sheets required)
- Experience with Python/R, A/B testing, or basic statistics
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex topics for different audiences
- Strong organization and attention to detail; can manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SQL and/or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn; comfortable in fast-paced environments
