Responsibilities

Global Business Solutions (GBS) is responsible for the commercialization of TikTok-centric global products, providing integrated digital marketing solutions for global brands and advertisers. Its functions include regional sales, sales operations, channel management, commercialization strategy, B2B marketing, marketing science, commercial partnerships, and commercial content safety, among others.

- Select and develop outstanding global talent with both back-office and front-office perspectives, for in-depth exploration in sales and operational analysis. Opportunity to complete rotation between data and sales roles within 12 months, building versatile business strategy experts.
- Based on business development needs and company strategic direction, build an operational analysis framework and data infrastructure system for business health, and guide business direction through target decomposition and process indicator system design.
- Conduct regular thematic analysis and solution review on assigned projects, analyze core operational metrics and abnormal data in a targeted manner, and deliver clear business improvement recommendations.
- Identify underlying business needs and pain points independently, uncover business opportunities, set reasonable targets, provide concrete and feasible recommendations, and drive implementation.
- Calculate, track, and review business targets, key product targets, and sales team performance assessment targets.
