Brand Partnerships Manager (Lead Generation & Services) - Global Business Solutions - Paris
Responsibilities
The Enterprise Ad Sales team partners with some of the most influential organizations across Lead Generation, Education and Government Services sectors. Driven by a high-performance team culture, the team is dedicated to delivering advertising excellence on our platform. Through strategic partnerships and innovative performance solutions, they create measurable business impact by connecting users with relevant services and opportunities.
Being part of the Services team means managing a portfolio of highly performance-driven advertisers focused on lower-funnel outcomes, signal quality and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead C-suite level conversations to drive revenue growth and develop long-term strategic
partnerships within Lead Gen, Education and Government Services verticals.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the sales process and performance product solutions, including effective full-funnel and lower-funnel product combinations (Lead Gen Ads, Web Conversions, signal integration).
- Lead the account planning process by aligning client business objectives with TikTok performance solutions to maximize measurable growth opportunities.
- Grow revenue by educating clients on performance best practices, leading strategic discussions, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for your book of business, including escalation management, signal quality oversight, and issue resolution.
- Spearhead client education on measurement frameworks (Pixel, CAPI, Offline Conversions, CRM integrations) and provide regular product updates to recommend optimal performance strategies.
- Lead collaboration with external clients and internal cross-functional stakeholders including Client Solutions, Measurement, Product, Policy and Services teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, performance advertising and/or online advertising.
- Strong experience in digital media with a focus on performance marketing and lead generation models.
- Proven track record of building compelling sales presentations using industry insights, data-driven narratives and internal proof points.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and C-level stakeholders in complex environments.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets with clear quota ownership.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach across cross-functional teams.
- Fluent written/verbal French and English language skills in order to communicate with clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Lead Generation, Education or Government advertisers.
- Prior ownership of performance-driven media budgets with lower-funnel KPIs (CPL, CPA, conversion volume).
- Proven experience in building and managing full-funnel advertising strategies with strong emphasis on measurement and attribution.
- Solid knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction-based and bid-driven digital advertising models.
- Experience structuring performance-driven commercial agreements and demonstrating measurable ROI.
