At TikTok, our Brand Partnership Managers play a key role in shaping long-term business partnerships with leading brands globally. They act as trusted advisors, helping partners across different industries, by showcasing the power of TikTok's innovative advertising solutions, and guiding partners throughout the entire funnel - from brand storytelling to performance-driven growth.

Brand Partnerships Managers develop deep, strategic relationships with brands, inspiring them to engage with culture, connect with audiences, and drive impact in ways only TikTok can enable.

Key Responsibilities
- Industry Relationships: drive business growth within one of our practices (Consumer Goods, Consumer Services, Commerce), positioning TikTok as a key partner for the related industry, engaging C-suite executives with a strong consulting presence.
- Thought-leadership: lead as a strategic consultant by guiding partners through digital transformation using TikTok's unique platform capabilities. Drive success through industry insights and emerging trends.
- Business Strategy: develop transformative account plans that support business evolution, leveraging data-driven insights and TikTok's platform strengths to fuel client innovation and growth.
- Sales Planning: prioritize and manage the sales pipeline to capture high-impact opportunities, forecast revenue, and provide solutions that align with clients' digital strategies and growth plans.
- XFN Collaboration: work cross-functionally with Client Solutions, Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance performance and influence product adoption and innovation

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience as Client Partner, Industry Manager, Sales Manager, Account Director, Digital Marketing Manager in brand, agencies, media and tech companies.
- Demonstrated experience in media sales, full-funnel advertising and digital marketing.
- Strong commercial/sales skills and understanding of the media, advertising and creative landscape.
- Knowledge and understanding of tracking (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP), attribution (MMM, MTA) and measurement (BLS, CLS, ULS).
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt quickly to constant change.
- Fluent in Italian and English. High written and oral proficiency in Italian is required as this role will work with regional clients.
