They act as trusted advisors, strategic and vision setting relationship owners, helping partners across different industries, by showcasing the power of TikTok's innovative advertising solutions, and guiding partners throughout the entire funnel - from brand storytelling to performance-driven growth.

Brand Partnerships Managers develop long-term strategic partnerships with leading brands, positioning TikTok as a key growth partner. They help brands to engage with culture, connect with audiences, and drive measurable business impact through TikTok's unique ecosystem of content, creators, and commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Industry Relationships: Lead C-level conversations with senior stakeholders to shape long-term partnership roadmaps and unlock new growth opportunities across the Retail industry, positioning TikTok as a strategic partner through a consultative approach.
- Thought-leadership: lead as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them navigate digital transformation and evolving consumer strategy by leveraging TikTok's platform capabilities, industry insights and trends.
- Business Strategy: develop transformative account plans that support business evolution, leveraging data-driven insights and TikTok's platform strengths to fuel client innovation and growth.
- Sales Planning: manage and grow a multi-million dollar sales pipeline, identifying high-impact opportunities, forecasting revenue, and deliver solutions that align with clients' digital strategies and growth plans.
- XFN Collaboration: work cross-functionally with Client Solutions, Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance performance and influence product adoption and innovation

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as Client Partner, Industry Manager, Account Director in brand, agencies, media and tech companies.
- Proven experience in client-facing / strategy / consulting roles with international Fashion and Eyewear companies is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in media sales, full-funnel advertising and digital marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of the media, advertising and creative landscape.
- Knowledge and understanding of tracking (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP), attribution (MMM, MTA) and measurement (BLS, CLS, ULS).
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt quickly to constant change.
- High oral and written fluency in Italian and English is required to communicate directly with clients across the Italian region, reflecting the nature of the markets this position covers
