Brand Partnerships Manager (Beauty and Pharma) - Global Business Solutions- Italy (Maternity Cover)

Responsibilities

The Brand Partnership Manager is responsible for building long term relationships, educating them about our ad products and identifying commercial opportunities. TikTok's ads are high-impact and engaging: we create a cultural experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
- Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, processes and client relationships
- Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
- Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written English and Italian communication skills
- High oral and/or written fluency in Italian and English is required to communicate directly with stakeholders/vendors across Italy, reflecting the nature of the markets this position covers

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
