About Us
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our team at TikTok helps to nurture and grow the market accounts by focusing on providing high touch point client service as well as education on TikTok products and solutions, thereby supporting the clients achieve their goals for both performance and branding objectives. The team works closely with cross functional teams in providing the best solutions to the clients in terms of both product knowledge expertise as well as vertical insights.

Responsibilities
- Manage partnership teams and build partnerships across multiple levels of management and C-Level
- Lead the Brand Partnerships team in driving new business growth, with a strategic focus on Lead Generation solutions
- Leading sales teams and developing brand customers
- Effectively engage and collaborate with xFN teams internally and externally
- Accountable for revenue targets and identify growth strategy and areas of value for customers
- Demonstrate an understanding of advertising landscape and business opportunity
- Lead and coach high-performing teams

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
- 8+ years of experience in ad sales marketing and development
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience and a strong understanding of the non-Ecommerce / Services industries, especially Beauty Services/ Education/ Travel/Telco/Real Estate...

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
- Understanding & Experiences in Lead Generation, Message Ads
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
