The Global Business Solutions team is responsible for building long-term partnerships with clients across Europe, educating and informing them about commercial opportunities on TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a seamless experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
About the role:
The Brand Partnership Lead for finance and regulated services (FRS) is responsible for driving revenue and developing our go-to-market strategy for clients in this high-growth category. The successful candidate will bring with them a wealth of experience working with relevant brands and C-Suite clients in this space, as well as a track record of understanding how to deliver customer success to drive new revenue. They will lead a team of brand partnership managers and are expected to work closely with internal stakeholders, both locally and internationally, to develop our product proposition and performance credentials across the category. Success in this position requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, providing custom solutions for both established and emerging advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the FRS target and navigate C-level decision makers to secure revenue growth.
- Display a deep understanding of the TikTok ad product proposition.
- Forge strong internal relationships and develop our product in line with customer requirements.
- Craft a finance vertical strategy focussed on growth. Be the face of FRS to the industry.
- Stay close to market trends to ensure TikTok is well-positioned to leverage emerging category opportunities.
- Provide thought-leadership and mentorship to a team of brand partnership managers, leveraging past experience in the vertical and wider tech industry.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive experience working in a commercial role at a technology-driven company, covering both performance and brand marketing solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of finance brands' marketing and sales strategies
- Track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Ability to foster C-level relationships and a proven track record of high-level negotiations.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong performance background. Confident discussing complex measurement challenges.
- Proven track record of public-facing industry presence.
- Experience managing and developing an experienced team.
- Ability to recruit and retain top talent.
