Brand Partnerships Lead - E-Commerce

Responsibilities

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our team at TikTok helps to nurture and grow the market accounts by focusing on providing high touch point client service as well as education on TikTok products and solutions, thereby supporting the clients achieve their goals for both performance and branding objectives. The team works closely with cross functional teams in providing the best solutions to the clients in terms of both product knowledge expertise as well as vertical insights.

Responsibilities
- Manage partnership teams and build partnerships across multiple levels of management and C-Level
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy for TTS Inbound VN sellers, leveraging TikTok Ads solutions to unlock scalable GMV growth
- Leading sales teams and developing brand customers

- Effectively engage and collaborate with xFN teams internally and externally
- Accountable for revenue targets and identify growth strategy and areas of value for customers
- Establish clear revenue forecasting and tracking, SoW expansion plans, monitor seller health and proactively mitigate churn risk
- Demonstrate an understanding of advertising landscape and business opportunity
- Lead and coach high-performing teams

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
- 7+ years of experience in ad sales marketing and development
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong understanding of e-commerce seller operations and monetization models
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
- Experience and a strong understanding of the e-commerce sectors, especially Fashion/ Electronics/ Lifestyles
- Proven ability to scale revenue across fragmented seller bases
- Experience with TikTok Shop Ads, Branding Ads...ecosystem
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
