Brand Innovation Product Operation Manager - Global Monetization
Responsibilities
Team Introduction:
Creativity is the soul of advertising. TikTok's Creative Product Operations Team develops world-leading technical solutions for the creation, interpretation, and optimization of ad creativity. Our mission is to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and third-party participants within the ecosystem, delivering the most engaging creative experiences to end users.

1. Familiar with the logic of monetization products such as brands, creators, and effectiveness, formulate strategies based on customer types, strengthen the market communication power and influence of consideration products, fully convey product value, and be responsible for the growth of consideration ad revenue on the platform.
2. Understand the brand marketing logic and requirements of customers, and improve advertising effectiveness through means such as industry research, data analysis, case studies, and methodology guidance to help customers build their brands and solve business problems.
3. Explore consideration creative content in combination with the non-China creator ecosystem, leverage different advertising products to amplify product effectiveness, and build comprehensive brand marketing solutions.
4. Effectively collaborate with various departments such as product, data, sales, and strategy to increase product usage scale and drive continuous iteration and optimization of products.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in advertising agencies, media platforms, or brand owners, preference given to those familiar with the automotive, luxury goods, beauty, or FMCG sectors;
2. English proficiency to serve as a working language, excellent language and written expression skills, with overseas study or work experience;
3. Keen business insight and market research capabilities, understanding of international markets, excellent Data Analysis awareness and structured thinking, and good logical reasoning;
4. Open and flexible thinking, curiosity, and self-motivation, proficient in XFN communication and collaboration, with strong on-the-spot adaptability and stress tolerance.
