About the team
The Books & Stationery team is part of the Lifestyle Cluster within the Global E-commerce Team. The team is responsible for driving the growth of the Books & Stationery categories, including managing and monitoring seller performance, executing category initiatives, and identifying opportunities to accelerate category growth.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

About this role
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, category management, seller management, and end-to-end project execution within the e-commerce industry

Responsibilities
- Support category projects end-to-end, including market research, data gathering and analysis, project framework development, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Support Account Managers in managing and engaging with key sellers, including performance tracking and operational follow-ups.
- Work closely with the Category Manager to monitor category performance, identify trends and opportunities, and support data-driven business decisions.
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and ad-hoc analyses related to the Books & Stationery categories.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in data analysis and e-commerce.
3. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
4. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Preferred Qualification(s)
1. Prior internship or relevant experience in e-commerce, business operations, category management, or related fields is a plus.
2. Previous involvement in university organizations, committees, or other leadership-related activities is preferred.
3. Demonstrated ability to take ownership, collaborate with others, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
