About the team
The Beauty FMCG Account Management team is responsible for driving the growth of leading Beauty&Personal Care, Health, Mother & Baby , Food & Beverage in TikTok Shop Thailand. We work closely with both local and international brands to develop business strategies, optimize campaign performance, and accelerate sustainable GMV growth through content commerce, livestream, affiliate marketing, and platform solutions.

About the role
As an Account Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in managing e-commerce brands on TikTok Shop while supporting business growth initiatives. This internship offers exposure to data analysis, campaign planning, seller operations, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers in managing Beauty & FMCG brands on TikTok Shop.
- Analyze sales performance and identify business growth opportunities.
- Assist with campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and data insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects.
- Gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, account management, and data-driven business strategy.
- Assist the team in the process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants.
- Manage Chinese, Korean and Local sellers accounts.
- Proactively communicate with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to sellers, including seller education, issue resolution, campaign status updates, coordination of broadcast activities, and driving participation in promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled university student
- An outstanding appreciation for accuracy of information and clean, perfect formatting
- Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
- Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools
- Chinese language proficiency is a plus, as the role may involve supporting communication and collaboration with Chinese-speaking brand partners.
