Responsibilities
Team Introduction
The Monetization Data Platform team delivers of high-performance, large-scale data applications and platforms across TikTok's Monetization/Ads ecosystem that empowers downstream data scientists/analysts and engineers towards transforming large amounts of raw data into actionable data-driven insights and products.
The platform team build and maintains a suite of applications from Business Intelligence Access Control systems to Data Portrait and Asset Management platforms.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the backend development of custom BI platforms features and tools that streamline data development and analysis.
- Optimize and ensure the performance of our BI platforms and applications through the automation and optimization of our underlying data (OLAP) engines and other infrastructure.
- Research and apply cutting-edge domain and technical knowledge into our core products
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related computing/technical major.
- Strong programming experience in Java, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with server side development, system architecture and OLAP/OLTP database fundamentals (e.g. SQL / MongoDB / ClickHouse / Starrocks).
- Self-driven, positive, cooperative and willing to keep learning enthusiasm at all times
Preferred Qualifications
- Affinity with our tech stack of Springboot, Node.js, ClickHouse
- Experience with OLAP systems and their maintenance
