Artists & Labels Partnership Manager, SoundOn

- 5+ years in music industry account management, artist partnerships, or label services - ideally at a tech platform, distributor, or modern label services company.
- Proven track record managing partnership portfolios with quantifiable results: market share growth, retention rates, deal conversions, or revenue impact.
- Strong command of digital music distribution economics, streaming platform dynamics, and music rights/licensing fundamentals.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in Excel/Sheets-based frameworks, performance reporting, and OKR-setting.
- Established network across artists, managers, labels, playlist curators, and digital platform stakeholders.
- Excellent cross-functional communication - able to translate complex strategies clearly across artist, label, and internal stakeholder levels.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Familiarity with TikTok creator ecosystem, short-form content strategy, or competing distribution platforms (DistroKid, TuneCore, AWAL, etc.).
- Experience in international markets, particularly LATAM, Africa and Asia music industry.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 - $220400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
