Responsibilities

Team Introduction
The Business Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 6 months long internship period (full-time).

Responsibilities
- Identify and execute automation opportunities across existing workflows and operations with manual procedures
- Prioritize AI-first tooling and automation strategy and generate end-to-end workflows
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to define requirements, deliver solutions, and drive adoption
- Establish outcome-oriented metrics and monitoring to sustain reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Build strategies and workflows for new risk trends and followup optimization

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative/technical field.
- Hands-on familiarity at an intermediate level with Python
- Capable of converting technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skill
- Strong research and analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Able to commit to full-time work for a minimum of 6 months.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Candidates with prior hands-on experience in AI projects are preferred
- Capable of working in a fast, interactive, and rapidly evolving environment
