About the Team
The Global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following internship cycles below:
1. Summer Internship - 12 May to 01 Aug 2025 (12 weeks)

2. Off Cycle/Credit Bearing - 1 Apr to 20 Jun 2025, or 4 Aug to 24 Oct 2025 (12 weeks)
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit in either internship period. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start - End date).
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
1. Monitor and analyse public opinion and sentiment trends related to ads and other monetisation risks
2. Detect and deliver actionable media intelligence on emerging and current monetisation risk trends
3. Support risk metrics monitoring and trend analysis
4. Assist in formulating timely, and data-backed responses to emerging and/or current monetisation risks
5. Collaborate with cross-function stakeholders, including Policy and Product, to investigate risk signals, optimise solutions and resolve monetisation risk escalations
6. Cooperate with other business related functions, support projects and tasks
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Open to students who are currently pursuing their bachelor's degree in Political Science, Media and Journalism, Public Policy and Global Affairs, International Relations and related fields.
2. It is required to have regional (SEA, NEA or South Asia) language expertise or knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
1. Comfortable with Excel
2. Strong research and analytical skills with an eye for detail
3. Capable of working in a fast, interactive, and rapidly evolving environment;
4. Bilingual skills are highly preferred but not obligatory, as we may cooperate with colleagues in China;
5. Able to commit to at least 3 days a week with internship duration of at least 3 months.
