AI Product Designer Graduate (TikTok-Design) - 2027 Start

Responsibilities
- Design TikTok's AI products and tools from concept to launch.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build a trustworthy, user-centric AI experience.
- Understand business goals and user needs; drive C-side design from logic mapping to final implementation.
- Stay current with AI interaction trends and help define design standards for AI products.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) in daily workflows to boost efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's, Master's degree in HCI, AI, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Strong interaction and UI skills; proficient in Figma and familiar with iOS/Android design guidelines.
- Frequent user of AI products with a clear understanding of AI capabilities and interaction paradigms.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and learning-oriented.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for AI product design, curiosity, and a global perspective.

Preferred Qualifications
- AI product design internship or portfolio/case study.
- Skills in visual, motion, or user research design.
- C-side product design experience and familiarity with component-based systems.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76000 - $151200 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
