AI Application Infra - Technical Specialist/Engineer - TikTok LIVE

Responsibilities

The TikTok LIVE system powers real-time engagement experiences for billions of users worldwide, supporting tens of millions of concurrent online users and millions of concurrent requests. Faced with complex technical challenges, the service architecture team continuously advances the evolution of LIVE components, high-availability disaster recovery, architecture governance, and AI application infrastructure, building a real-time interactive AI architecture that drives product innovation and sustained global business growth.
1. Gain in-depth understanding of the LIVE business, implement business features of AI products, and drive the technological evolution of AI architecture
2. Responsible for building high-concurrency AI application architectures, supporting efficient iteration of algorithm engineering and business, and end-to-end optimizing system performance for training and inference scenarios
3. Explore and practice cutting-edge AI technologies, build the next-generation AI Native system architecture, and drive innovative and efficient implementation of products

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer-related fields, with solid coding and engineering fundamentals
2. Candidates with a strong curiosity about cutting-edge AI technologies and rich hands-on practical experience are preferred
3. Candidates with experience in model inference, training, and AI application development, as well as a clear understanding or unique insights into the evolution of the Agent technology system, are preferred
4. Candidates with excellent problem abstraction and definition skills, systematic problem-solving abilities, and good communication and collaboration spirit are preferred

Preferred Qualification:
- Have LLMs deployment and optimization experience
