Agent Development Engineer Graduate (Media Network) - 2027 Start (BS/MS)
Responsibilities
About the Team
The Media Network team handles the processing and distribution of TikTok's global streaming network traffic, explores R&D into the application of large AI models regarding quality, stability, performance, and cost within global traffic networks, and drives the intelligent transformation of global network traffic distribution and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Explore and build an efficient network optimization Agent Infrastructure, optimize the Agent algorithm strategies and engineering architecture solutions for network traffic optimization in scenarios including live streaming shows, LIVE Matches, e-commerce auctions, etc., continuously explore cutting-edge technologies, and support the growth of TikTok business;
- Design and implement the Agent infrastructure and related toolchains, including but not limited to Harness Engineering, Agent framework, sandbox and simulation environment, personalized memory, tools, Skills, automatic evaluation system, etc.
- Design and implement an internal GPU computing power resource management and scheduling system, and continuously enhance the resource's elasticity and effective utilization rate by optimizing scheduling strategies and operational mechanisms according to the task characteristics of multiple scenarios such as training, inference, and evaluation;

- Closely cooperate with teams such as algorithms, applications, and platforms to optimize the capabilities and user experience of the Agent R&D platform, and improve R&D efficiency and stability;
- Pay attention to the development of AI Agent ecosystem technology, continuously explore and introduce advanced Agent application technology solutions, and promote their implementation in business scenarios.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/Masters' degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Solid foundation in computer fundamentals, familiar with common server-side technical components, and possesses good system design capabilities
- Excellent coding skills, high standards for code quality and style, and a certain in-depth understanding of familiar programming languages
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Understand LLM/Agent-related technologies, be proficient in using large model capabilities to assist in problem-solving, and preference will be given to those with LLM/Agent project and internship experience.
- Highly proactive and self-driven, with strong capabilities in learning and exploring new things, and excellent problem analysis and solving skills.
