As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities
- 50% of the role focuses on tracking and monitoring project performance metrics, ensuring data is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Work closely with cross-functional (xFN) teams and stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate data for regular performance reporting.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports, trackers, and dashboards to support business reviews and operational decision-making.
- 50% of the role focuses on managing operational requests and tickets, including coordinating with relevant stakeholders to follow up and drive timely resolution.
- Identify operational issues, data discrepancies, and recurring requests, and work with relevant teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and operational workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Support ad hoc operational initiatives and projects that contribute to team efficiency and business performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in the following languages: English and Thai. Fluency in written and spoken Thai is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Thai-speaking markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and multiple stakeholders across different functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Sheets; experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to follow up effectively with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, or operational project coordination.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data-related tools is a plus.
- Interest in digital platforms, advertising, media, or the technology industry is a bonus.
- Start as soon as possible, 6 months commitment.
- Per week attendance: 4-5 days.
