We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong understanding of digital media platforms, the ad-tech ecosystem and ad measurement metrics for branding, performance and TikTok Shop.
- Establish and maintain both C-Level & tactical relationships with agencies, ensuring TikTok as a top partner.
- Retain and grow revenue from advertisers; exceed quarterly sales goals.
- Ability to leverage insights, data, benchmarks to lead strategic conversations to drive business growth.

- Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on TikTok products to deliver measurable results for clients, define and co-own account plans to unlock investments and drive client's business objectives
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and product collateral.
- Ensure smooth operations for campaigns from start to finish by working closely with different cross functional team members
- Conduct training and enablement programs, drive incubation and new client accuisition via offline and online events.
- Identify relevant trends and opportunities to craft business cases in support of any new products and/or solutions
- Travelling across markets to unlock new cross-border opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams globally and regionally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives such as developing account plans, synthesising market data, leading client analysis and defining the overall solutions approach
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in ad-tech sales or digital media planning or strategy roles
- e-Commerce knowledge is a big plus point.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets will be prioritised
- A great orator with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities to meet deadlines
- Ambitious and tenacious, with a willingness to grow and develop within TikTok
- Experience working with revenue targets in a fast paced, client facing environment.
- Experienced in analysing data, delivering impactful strategies and action plans post analysis.
