The Scaled Growth Agency Team is focused on helping small and medium-sized agencies and their clients unlock their full potential on TikTok.
Our team partners with agencies to grow their businesses, expand advertiser investment, identify new opportunities, and build long-term success on the platform. We combine relationship management, consultative sales, business development, and data-driven insights to drive sustainable growth across our agency ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Manage agency relationships: Support a portfolio of small and medium-sized agencies, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs and growth opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth: Help identify ways to increase advertiser investment on TikTok through existing agency partners and new business opportunities.
- Support new partner acquisition: Assist in identifying, engaging, and onboarding new agency partners to expand TikTok's ecosystem.
- Develop commercial and product knowledge: Build understanding of TikTok's advertising solutions and how they can be used to drive client success.
- Use data to inform decisions: Leverage performance data and insights to identify trends, surface opportunities, and support recommendations.
- Enable agency success: Support agencies through education, best practices, and ongoing account support to improve performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams to support partner needs, resolve issues, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Manage priorities and execution: Learn to organize a portfolio of partners, track progress, and support execution against growth goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in sales, digital advertising, technology, media, or agency partnerships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in building client and partner relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship, academic, extracurricular, or early professional experience in sales, business development, advertising, marketing, consulting, media, or technology.
- Exposure to digital advertising, social media marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, or the agency ecosystem.
- Experience working on projects involving clients, customers, partnerships, or business development.
- Experience analyzing data and translating insights into recommendations or presentations.
- Passion for TikTok and curiosity about how brands and businesses can grow on the platform.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72515 - $105143 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
