Agency Operations Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

We are the Agency Operations Team, focusing on the construction and growth of the TikTok LIVE Agency Ecosystem. We are mainly responsible for Agency Recruitment and Incubation, helping the high-quality development of live streaming business.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

- Support offline and online recruitment events, sort out agency resources, follow up on the progress of connections and complete recruitment-related follow up.
- Be responsible for new Agency Education-related work, including the creation of educational materials (manuals, PPT, etc.), online/offline meeting presentations, and daily agency Q&A, to help new Agencies get started with the business quickly;
- Assist the Account Manager in incubating potential agencies, follow up on the growth progress and monitor agency's task completion rate.
- Be responsible for data analysis related to recruitment and operations, statistics of core data such as agency recruitment conversion rate, education completion rate, and incubation effect, and output basic analysis reports to support business optimization;
- Cooperate with the team to complete other daily agency operation-related work to ensure the efficient implementation of various businesses.
