Agency Operations Intern (TikTok LIVE) - 2027 Start
Responsibilities
We are the Agency Operations Team, focusing on the construction and growth of the TikTok LIVE Agency Ecosystem.
We are mainly responsible for Agency Recruitment and Incubation, helping the high-quality development of live streaming business.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and communications with TikTok LIVE agencies (TCNs) across the Turkey market.
- Coordinate with Turkish agency partners and internal cross-market teams to facilitate business initiatives.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain operational documents, presentations, and training materials - including localizing regional materials into Turkish and adapting Turkish market inputs for regional stakeholders.
- Collect, clean, and analyze business data to generate regular reports and operational insights.
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify trends to support business decision-making.
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline agency events, workshops, and training sessions in Istanbul and other key cities.
- Support cross-functional projects and perform other operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in a related field.
- Able to provide a university internship agreement where applicable, or otherwise eligible to work in Türkiye.
- Fluent Turkish, plus excellent English (written and spoken) - English is the working language with regional and global teams.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Available to work from our Istanbul office 5 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work or study - for example, analyzing datasets and turning them into meaningful insights, drafting and structuring documents with LLMs, automating repetitive tasks, or building prompts and workflows that save time. We care about how you actually apply AI, not which tools you've heard of.
- Previous internship experience in operations, consulting, internet, or technology companies is preferred.
- Passion for the creator economy, livestreaming, social media, or digital entertainment, with familiarity with Turkish creator and livestream trends.
