About the team
The TikTok LIVE Operations team is responsible for driving growth, monetisation, and operational excellence across the LIVE ecosystem.
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Agency Operations Intern to support the growth and management of TikTok LIVE agencies. This role will work closely with the Account Management team to drive agency revenue growth, operational excellence and ensure high value agency development within the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Agency Managers in day-to-day management of senior agencies.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., revenue, creator activity, retention, recruitment, etc) to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Assist in designing and executing growth strategies and action plans for high-potential agencies
- Track progress of key initiatives and ensure timely follow-up and execution
- Help prepare performance reports, business reviews, and insights for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support agency needs and escalations
- Support the rollout of training programs and best practices to improve agency capabilities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related discipline
- Fluency in English and Spanish as working languages, with strong oral and written communication skills in both
- A kind team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, highly adaptable and quick learner
- Results-driven with strong data analysis skills and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proactive, with a clear and solution-oriented mindset; persistent, resilient, and execution-driven
- Strong interest in the creator economy, live streaming, and agency ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Account Management, Operations, Consulting, or Business Development
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
- Result-oriented, good data analysis skills and ability to work under deadlines.
