Responsibilities:
- Support the operations of creator agencies and their creator communities, helping maintain a sustainable creator ecosystem.
- Assist with collaboration across teams and support the planning and execution of campaigns, and growth initiatives for agencies and creators.
- Help develop case studies and showcase materials that highlight successful agency and creator operations, as well as engaging content formats.
- Support the preparation of educational materials, workshops, and operational resources to help creator agencies improve their capabilities.
- Track and organize performance data of creators and agencies to help the team understand content trends and improve operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Insight into issues within creator agency through data analysis, and formulate improvement strategies to drive implementation
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of creator agency and agency hosts
- Assist in organizing revenue enhancement projects targeting creator agency
- Coordinate smooth cooperation between Korean creator agency and those in other regions
- Plan and organize cross-regional creator agency activities
- Organize seminars for regular education of creator agency
- Assist in project management and promote the achievement of project objectives
