TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities
-Work closely with the central marketing team to develop and execute media plans, ensure timely delivery of media assets, and analyze performance to optimize channels and content, improving brand awareness and agency partnerships.
-Analyze agency performance data, support the development of operational strategies, and assist agencies in improving overall revenue.
-Collaborate with the team to organize online and offline activities, workshops, and participate in industry events and exhibitions.
-Daily work also includes conducting interviews with partners and shooting related materials.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent Japanese working proficiency. Candidates must be able to use either English or Chinese as a working language,for external communications with Chinese Market Stakeholders
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in an international and diverse environment

Preferred Qualifications
- A proactive approach to learning and taking initiative
- A strong interest in live streaming
- Knowledge or experience in data analysis or statistics
- Knowledge or experience in key visual or web page design
