Agency Manager - TikTok LIVE
Responsibilities
About the team:
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new creator agencies and business partnerships for TikTok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow TikTok LIVE together with the agencies as a partner while building good relationships with them.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute agency strategies informed by market trends and competitive analysis
- Identify, onboard, and build partnerships with creator and entertainment agencies
- Support LIVE distribution initiatives, including preparing performance reports for partner agencies
- Create and maintain operational manuals and community guidelines for agencies
- Plan and conduct workshops and training sessions for agency partners
- Set, track, and manage goals and KPIs, including performance monitoring and data analysis
- Plan and execute additional initiatives to support agency growth and platform objectives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience managing partnerships with creative or talent agencies

- Experience in people management and team leadership

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the live-streaming or digital entertainment industry
- Ability to work effectively in an international and culturally diverse environment
- Experience in B2B new business development or sales is a plus
