Agency Manager - TikTok LIVE
Responsibilities
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new creator agencies and business partnerships for TikTok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow TikTok LIVE together with the agencies as a partner while building good relationships with them.
- Develop and execute an effective new agency partner business development strategy, including acquisition channels, pitching frameworks, engagement approach, and objection-handling (Q&A).
- Drive outbound business development by proactively identifying, contacting, and converting prospective agencies into long-term partners.

- Lead inbound business development by following up on leads from multiple sources and converting them into qualified agency partners.
- Own the end-to-end agency onboarding process, including due diligence, contract negotiation and execution, and successful platform integration.
- Support newly onboarded agencies with best practices, operational guidance, and go-to-market support to ensure a successful launch and sustained performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to optimize lead generation, qualification, conversion, and onboarding workflows.
- Continuously refine business development strategies across key verticals to drive sustainable growth and long-term scalability.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience in the internet creator economy (e.g., content, advertising, e-commerce, brand sponsorship, music, gaming, live streaming, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or other revenue-driven roles.
- Experience in partnership management, such as agency management, channel partner programs, or reseller partnerships.
- Strong collaboration skills with clear logical thinking, prioritization ability, and a high sense of ownership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Self-driven, exploratory, and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the live-streaming or digital entertainment industry
- Ability to work effectively in an international and culturally diverse environment
- Experience in B2B new business development or sales is a plus
