Agency Growth Operation Manager Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

TikTok LIVE is a fast-growing platform that enables real-time interactive content experiences, connecting creators and audiences worldwide. Our mission is to create a safe, engaging, and high-quality live-streaming ecosystem that fosters creativity and community building.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities:
- Support the operations of creator agencies and their creator communities, helping maintain a sustainable creator ecosystem.
- Assist with collaboration across teams and support the planning and execution of campaigns, and growth initiatives for agencies and creators.
- Help develop case studies and showcase materials that highlight successful agency and creator operations, as well as engaging content formats.
- Support the preparation of educational materials, workshops, and operational resources to help creator agencies improve their capabilities.
- Track and organize performance data of creators and agencies to help the team understand content trends and improve operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong interest in livestreaming, content platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
- Proficient in Korean and English for daily communication and collaboration.
- Minimum number of attendance days per week: 5 days
- Minimum internship duration required: At least 6 months
