About the Role
We are looking for a Global Agency Bootcamp Program Manager to build and scale a high-impact partner growth program designed to unlock the next generation of high-potential agencies. This role sits at the intersection of partner strategy, commercial growth, enablement, and program operations.
You will own the end-to-end development of a global bootcamp experience that helps agencies strengthen capabilities, accelerate performance, and grow into high-value business partners. From strategy and cohort design to stakeholder management and execution, you will play a critical role in shaping a program that drives both partner success and business impact.

What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of the Regional Agency Bootcamp program from end to end.
- Build scalable cohort-based journeys covering agency recruitment, onboarding, training, graduation, and rewards.
- Design program frameworks that effectively combine enablement, incentives, and operational excellence to drive measurable outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across operations, education, marketing, sales, and regional markets to align priorities and deliver a best-in-class program experience.
- Translate partner needs and capability gaps into practical learning experiences, support systems, and growth levers.
- Define success metrics and continuously optimize the program based on performance data, participant feedback, and business outcomes.
- Develop repeatable playbooks, governance models, and execution mechanisms that support long-term scale.
- Act as a strategic operator and builder - someone who can create structure from ambiguity and move ideas into action.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, business operations, partner or channel development, strategy and operations, or commercial enablement.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and operational execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience working across teams and regions.
- A high level of ownership and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
- Professional fluency in English.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience working with agencies, partners, or ecosystem development programs.
- Background in advertising, media, e-commerce, platform growth, or commercial enablement.
- Experience designing training, incentive, or capability-building programs.
- Experience in global or regional roles with cross-market collaboration.
