Agency Business Excellence Manager, Scaled Growth - GBS

The Scaled Growth team helps businesses and brands of all sizes succeed on TikTok, delivering efficient, repeatable sales and service programs so advertisers can learn, launch, and optimize campaigns with confidence.

We pair operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-first approach, expanding access to TikTok's tools and products for businesses working toward their marketing goals. You will drive meaningful growth for advertisers at scale.

From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our Scaled Growth team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.

Responsibilities
- Drive business rhythm and planning: Own the global agency team's OKR planning and tracking, and work with regional leaders to align priorities, resources and execution against business goals.
- Run key leadership forums: Establish and manage critical forums, including Business Review Sessions, XFN alignment meetings and OKR planning offsites. Build discussion frameworks and templates that drive clear decisions and follow-through.
- Serve as XFN point of contact: Act as the designated POC for [assigned partners, e.g. sales, MSO/policy, PMM, product, regional teams], owning information flow, aligning priorities, tracking actions and escalating blockers.
- Lead strategic initiatives: Proactively identify issues and improvement areas, provide insights to leadership, and lead or support critical projects from design to execution.
- Champion team culture: Act as a culture ambassador, fostering an energised team and driving engagement in team initiatives.
- Executive support: Manage the regional head's calendar, budget and travel, and provide high-level administrative support.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in business management, programme management, strategy or operations
- Strong understanding of planning, resource allocation, risk management and prioritisation aligned with organisational strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders across cultures and regions
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide insights to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of building projects from the ground up and driving them to completion
- Experience managing complex, multi-region projects in a global or multinational environment
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Experience in digital advertising products
