Agency Business Development Manager - TikTok LIVE

Responsibilities

The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.

Creators are at the center of our operations. Through professional agencies and MCNs in the content business, especially those that specialize in livestreaming, we are building scale and democratization of the livestreaming business. In this role of Agency Business Development Manager, you will carry out two main sets of responsibilities that will drive business growth in a sustainable way:

- Develop and execute an effective new agency partner business development strategy, including acquisition channels, pitching frameworks, engagement approach, and objection-handling (Q&A).
- Drive outbound business development by proactively identifying, contacting, and converting prospective agencies into long-term partners.
- Lead inbound business development by following up on leads from multiple sources and converting them into qualified agency partners.
- Own the end-to-end agency onboarding process, including due diligence, contract negotiation and execution, and successful platform integration.
- Support newly onboarded agencies with best practices, operational guidance, and go-to-market support to ensure a successful launch and sustained performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to optimize lead generation, qualification, conversion, and onboarding workflows.
- Continuously refine business development strategies across key verticals to drive sustainable growth and long-term scalability.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2+ years of working experience in sales, account management, or managing agencies
- Data/analytical skills: Ability to draw business insights using analytics, track performance, create strategies, and execute to deliver results.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English and Spanish to communicate with external stakeholders in LATAM.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with livestreaming content.
- Candidates who are sensitive to cultural trends, possess a good understanding of the content industry, creator economy and business acumen on newly emerged industries.
