Account Manager Project Intern (TikTok Shop Italy - Electronics) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

The Electronics team at TikTok Shop partners with brands, helping them grow and succeed through tailored business development, data-driven strategy, and creator-led marketing. Our team brings together expertise in brand management, e-commerce, and social commerce within a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic initiatives and category growth efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
- Merchant Operation Support: Assist in daily management and service of consumer electronics merchants on TikTok Shop Italy. Support merchant onboarding, rule interpretation, operational guidance, and daily problem troubleshooting, helping local merchants adapt to platform rules and improve store operation quality.
Campaign & Content Operation: Assist in planning, coordinating and tracking category-specific marketing campaigns for consumer electronics products. Support short video content screening, product content optimization, and creator cooperation coordination to boost product exposure, click-through rate and conversion rate.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and sort daily operational data of the consumer electronics category (including sales volume, GMV, product traffic, user conversion, etc.). Complete regular data sorting, effect review and summary reports, and put forward preliminary optimization suggestions for operational problems.
Cross-team Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between local Italian merchants, local operation team and Chinese core team. Efficiently deliver business demands, feedback market and merchant problems, and ensure smooth progress of business projects.
- Support other daily operational and strategic tasks assigned by the supervisor, including industry material sorting, platform rule sorting, and project auxiliary work.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent in Chinese to speak with Chinese sellers. Fluent in English to speak with internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Office/Google office tools (Excel/Sheets for data statistics and analysis); basic data sensitivity and logical thinking ability; capable of independently sorting data and completing analysis reports.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, strong executive ability and cross-cultural communication skills; able to adapt to fast-paced internet e-commerce work, good at multi-task management and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with TikTok ecosystem and e-commerce operation logic, short video content operation or local Italian social media ecology; passionate about consumer electronics industry.Relevant internship experience in e-commerce operations is Preferred
- Able to work full-time for at least 3 months, 5 working days per week; long-term internship (6 months) is preferred.
