We are a dedicated Beauty Account Management Team specializing in growing beauty brands on TikTok Shop. Our team combines deep platform expertise, data-driven strategy, and creative execution to help brands increase visibility, drive sales, and build long-term customer trust.

Responsibilities
1. Compile, organize, and track performance data across all ongoing projects.
2. Conduct competitor monitoring and benchmarking to identify market trends and opportunities.
3. Track and remind AMs of pending top-down tasks and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
4. Monitor price competitiveness and compare pricing against key competitors.

3. Quick learner with the ability to adapt rapidly; open to providing and receiving candid, constructive operational feedback when necessary.
