To provide the Corporates Professional Services business with the processes, reporting, tools and employee experience they need to do their jobs. The Business Operations Consultant will successfully run operations processes and reporting, while driving process improvement efforts across the business unit to achieve significant financial, operational, customer satisfaction, and/or employee satisfaction impact.

About the Role
In this opportunity as a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible to:
- Serve as a key subject matter expert supporting critical operational functions for Professional Services, including order processing, time entry and billing, access requirements, quality assurance, governance, and operational reporting.
- Independently develop, deliver, and continuously enhance comprehensive operational reports (historical, real-time, and forecast), providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to business leaders.
- Build out trend analysis for operational and revenue reporting
- Conduct analysis of operational KPIs, proactively identifying business risks and opportunities, evaluating performance trends, and supporting process optimization initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistency, alignment, and efficiency in daily business operations, acting as a primary point of contact for operational reporting needs.
- Identify, propose, and implement initiatives to drive operational excellence and improved business performance across all customer segments and within the broader Professional Services organization.
- Demonstrate creativity and initiative by providing feedback and suggestions to enhance operational reporting, analytics, and business processes.
- Produce, review, and maintain high-quality operational documentation and communications, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Participate in and occasionally lead special projects or cross-functional initiatives that are critical to the Project and Operations Management (POM) business enhancements.
- Actively engage in Operations conversations, tools, and resources, ensuring timely and relevant input into key discussions and initiatives

About You
You're a fit for the role of Business Operations & Planning Consultant if your background includes:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills, delivering complex information and analysis effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technology expertise on multiple tools with a key ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel PowerPoint and Power BI)
- Experience in Financial Reporting
- Intermediate to Expert knowledge of O365 and Power Platforms
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven track record of results from the application of process improvement
