The Analyst, Threat Assessment & Protective Intelligence is responsible for supporting various security operations, including managing digital databases, performing threat assessments, conducting investigations, and operating an online privacy platform. The role involves ensuring the proper tracking, actioning, and logging of security data, as well as providing support during non-business hours.

1. Digital Database Duties:
- Ensure all relevant information is properly uploaded and tracked in the digital database.
- Leverage the database to perform required security screenings.
- Review and monitor various security operations documents and reports.
- Assist in ensuring the proper functioning of various database features and functions.
- Conduct routine audits of the database.
- Perform various assigned tasks and projects related to the database.
- Assist in reviewing and actioning TAM-related communications and tasks.
- Address and provide employees with TAM-related questions/concerns with established best practices and services.
- Ensure proper dissemination of TAM information to appropriate channels.
- Assist in determining when to initiate various TAM services.
- Ensure TAM data and communications are properly reviewed and filed.
- Conduct routine audits of TAM-related data.
- Perform various assigned TAM tasks and projects.
- Monitor and analyze Intelligence/OSINT feeds as necessary.
- Ensure PI data is properly tracked, actioned, and logged.
- Assist in determining when to initiate various PI services.
- Perform various assigned PI tasks and projects.
- Operate the online privacy platform.
- Ensure all functions of the online privacy platform are operational.
- Conduct routine audits of the online privacy platform.
- Perform various assigned online privacy platform tasks and projects.
- Provide coverage of the aforementioned duties during non-business hours.
- Review, monitor, and operate additional security operations applications and workflows as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in security operations, threat assessment, protective intelligence, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using digital databases and online privacy platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to provide coverage during non-business hours as required.
- Familiarity with Intelligence/OSINT feeds and their analysis.
- Knowledge of threat assessment and protective intelligence best practices.
- Experience in conducting routine audits and ensuring data accuracy.
- Technical proficiency in security operations applications.
- Office environment with occasional need to respond to incidents outside of normal business hours.

The salary range for this position is:
$85,100 - $127,700 Annual
The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
