Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business owners in managing the internal procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support to business owners on procurement-related matters, including purchase order management, contract administration, and supplier management.
  • Develop and maintain procurement processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with internal business owners to negotiate vendor contracts to secure the best possible prices, rates, and terms for our company, while ensuring all internal stakeholders, including legal, tax, and infosec, are involved as needed.
  • Analyze and resolve procurement-related issues, including purchase order discrepancies, contract disputes, and supplier performance problems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business owners, finance, and accounting, to ensure seamless procurement operations and resolve any procurement-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track procurement performance, including spend analysis, contract compliance, and supplier performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall procurement experience for business owners and suppliers.
  • Develop and deliver training and support business owners on procurement processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including auditing and monitoring procurement activities.
  • Manage and maintain procurement systems, including purchase order management, contract management, and supplier management systems.
  • Own and evolve procurement platforms and systems, ensuring they support orchestration, integration, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities across the procurement lifecycle.
  • Continuously optimize procurement processes by identifying automation opportunities, eliminating bottlenecks, reducing cycle times, and driving measurable cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Automate procurement operations to reduce manual effort and errors, including purchase order creation, contract validation, approvals, and supplier onboarding, while ensuring alignment with financial and audit controls.
  • Leverage data and AI-driven insights to proactively identify and resolve procurement issues such as purchase order discrepancies, contract non-compliance, and supplier performance risks.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement operations, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of providing operational support, analyzing and resolving procurement-related issues, and driving process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and technologies, including purchase order management, contract management, and supplier management.
  • Experience with procurement systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Certification in procurement, such as CIPS, ISM, or similar professional designations, is an asset.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of media industry trends, technologies, and innovations, including content creation, media production, advertising, and technology.
  • Experience with agile procurement methodologies and lean principles.
  • Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS, or similar professional designations.

Benefits may vary based on the job, full-time or part-time schedule, location, and collectively bargained status.

The salary range for this position is:
$85,100 - $127,700 Annual

The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
