The Wally Shop is looking for an Art Director who will own all things branding. This would include: ensuring all visual content is consistent and on-brand, planning and overseeing content creation, ensuring all Wally Shop assets are consistent and on-brand.
The Art Director will be tasked with making sure The Wally Shop has a consistent brand style and aesthetic. This encompasses planning and overseeing content creation programs as well as scrutinizing all Wally Shop assets. Applicants should accordingly have strong communication, creative, presentation and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone with a go-getter attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
Reporting to the COO, the Art Director will lead all marketing activities, including (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:
- Creating and refining brand guidelines
- Planning and executing content creation programs
- Ensuring The Wally Shop’s brand guidelines is upheld across all channels
As a prerequisite, the successful candidate must have a passion for entrepreneurship and a strong interest in consumer brands. Additional requirements are:

Team Player: exceptional capacity for managing and leading people with a positive attitude

Strong desire to work for a start up and in an entrepreneurial culture are a must for this role.
