Job Description:

Looking for a role that keeps you on your toes? At TJX Australia (TK Maxx), you'll be part of our Marsden Park Processing Centre team, helping get all the great brands, big deals, and unexpected finds ready for our stores across Australia. One day it could be designer handbags, the next it could be pink flamingos, that's the fun of it!

We're currently recruiting throughout our peak season, with new intakes starting monthly between August - October.

• Morning shift: 6:00am - 2:06pm
• $31.20 per hour, increasing to $32.53 per hour after 6 months

We're seeking team members who:

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, active environment
• Are comfortable with hands-on tasks, including lifting up to 20kg
• Bring a positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Are adaptable, reliable, and ready to learn
• Hold Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or unrestricted work rights in Australia
• Hold an LO or LF licence (highly regarded but not essential)

This opportunity is ideal for people with experience in retail, hospitality, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or other customer-focused and physically active roles.

Availability Requirement

• To be considered for these opportunities, candidates must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, on the required shift pattern (6:00am - 2:06pm).
• As these are full-time operational roles that support our store network, we're currently only able to progress candidates who have full availability across the entire Monday to Friday roster.

Shortlisted candidates from each monthly intake will be invited to participate in:

• Group Assessment at our Marsden Park Processing Centre
• Pre-employment checks, including work rights verification, police check, and medical assessment
• Full-day paid induction for successful candidates
