Job Description:
Responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive leadership strategy that supports and enables the development of TJX leaders at all levels across a global workforce. Lead a team of leadership and learning professionals focused on the development for Leaders to build and strengthen leadership capability at all levels, enabling Associates and Managers to embody the TJX Leadership Competencies and Cultural factors as they deliver on priorities and drive business growth and results. The VP of Global Leadership Development also provides oversight and guidance to GTM Operations to ensure operational discipline.

Major Areas of Responsibilities:
- Global Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement a global leadership development strategy that aligns with GTM's mission and strategic goals.
- Partnership and Business Alignment - Partner closely with SVP GTM, Senior HR leaders, and regional stakeholders to ensure leadership development is aligned with business priorities and future workforce needs.
- Strategic Program Design and Delivery - Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable leadership programs for new leaders and mid-level leaders (e.g. DMs, AVPs), accelerated development programs for emerging leaders and AVPs and VPs, ensuring we are creating development solutions in multiple modalities that appeal to and engage all adult learning styles.
- Innovation & Thought Leadership - Introduce learning methodologies and global leadership trends in alignment with the TJX culture and experiential learning to enhance leadership capability.
- Operational Oversight - responsible for ensuring GTM operations is structured and aligned effectively to support the process execution, program logistics, data insights, and budgeting for all pillars of GTM
- Measurement & Impact - Define success measures to evaluate programs and the effectiveness of learning solutions. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve leadership and learning initiatives.
- Team Leadership - Lead and inspire the GTM AVP leaders. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
What You'll Bring
- BA or equivalent experience
- Progressive experience in leadership development, talent management, and learning delivery with a strong understanding of adult learning theory
- Proven success in leading large, global and complex leadership initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Experience working globally across geographies
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative business relationships and positively influence at all levels
- Strong business acumen, fully understands the simplicity and complexity of the TJX business model
- Excellent consulting and coaching skills
- Experience leveraging data and metrics to tell the story
- Highly developed leadership and management acumen and skills
- Strategic thinker with developed skill in identifying trends, themes, and skill gaps across multiple functions; ability to diagnose and propose solutions
- Curiosity; big picture and broad thinker; both critical and creative thinker and problem solver
- Highly motivated, adept at managing multiple priorities

This position has a starting salary range of $183,300.00 to $238,300.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
