What You'll Do:

  • Lead Studio Projects: Manage multiple production projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are aligned.
  • Oversee Budgets & Vendors: Maintain budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Build & Manage Teams: Source, train, and schedule production team members to support a variety of studio initiatives.
  • Technical Production: oversee the operations of soundboards, teleprompters, and cameras; apply editing and lighting skills to deliver high-quality audio and video content.
  • Studio Maintenance: Schedule regular equipment servicing and subscription updates; troubleshoot technical issues and initiate repairs or upgrades.
  • Drive Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve studio workflows and outputs.
  • Optimize Operations: Analyze production data, evaluate workflows, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate Events: Manage logistics for studio-related events, including travel arrangements, calendars, and meetings.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, applying "Trusted Advisor" techniques to build strong relationships and ensure clear, effective communication.

About You:

  • Proven experience in project management, studio operations, and technical production
  • Strong skills in budgeting, vendor management, and resource planning
  • Understand how audio/video equipment, editing software, and studio lighting works vs operating.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Salary Range: $60,082.50-$84,115.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
