Job Description:
TK Maxx is opening a brand-new store in Warrawong, and we're looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our opening team. This is your chance to be part of the action from day one and help create the unique TK Maxx shopping experience.
At TK Maxx, every day is a treasure hunt - with new products arriving regularly, no two days are ever the same for our teams or our customers.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend our Group Assessment Days in mid-July, designed to be fun, interactive, and a great way to showcase your skills while getting to know our team and brand.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Supporting sales through register operations and shop floor service
- Processing and replenishing stock to keep the store fresh and exciting
- Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store
- Assisting with fitting rooms, markdowns and daily operations
- Following company procedures, safety standards and best practices
What we're looking for:
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- A team player who can also work independently
- Flexibility to work retail roster, including early mornings (from 7am), late shifts, weekends, and availability during our up-and-coming peak trading periods
